SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship worldwide using trusted couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Norway

  • Delivery time: 1–5 business days

  • Carriers: Bring, Helthjem

International

  • Delivery time: 1–5 business days via UPS Express

  • Tracking link will be sent to your email when your order is shipped.

Customs & Import Taxes

  • Orders within Norway: VAT is included in the price.

  • Please note that import duties & taxes may apply depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Ladicah pieces. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

To start a return, please contact us at support@ladicah.com for instructions and we’ll send our return form. 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email support@ladicah.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund, and cover any return shipping costs for approved claims.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is returned to us due to non-collection, a fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.
