general drop information

this drop ships the exact same way as Cheers 01 & 02 — directly from our Germany manufacturer. this means shipping rates and delivery times will differ from orders shipped from our Norway-based warehouse.

it’s our last drop with this manufacturer before moving everything to Portugal.

please note that items are not reserved while you check out. all products are sold on a first come, first served basis, and your order is only secured once payment is completed and you’ve received an order confirmation.

customs update

due to updated customs regulations since the CHEERS 01 & 02 drop and because they ship directly to you from our factory in Germany - you may be required to pay customs duties and VAT upon delivery of your CHEERS 03 t-shirt.

the exact amount is set by your country’s customs office, so we unfortunately can’t guarantee or predict the cost. however, based on past experience, Norwegian customers can expect around 70 NOK (this may vary and we cannot guarantee anything).

to make up for this, we’ve kept pricing nearly the same as our last drop (despite increased production costs) and lowered the shipping fee as much as possible.

shipping

shipping takes around 2 weeks, with delivery expected in the early weeks of June — timing may vary based on your location.

tracking information will be sent via email, orders ship throughout the following week.

if you order CHEERS 03 along with other items, they’ll be shipped separately in different packages and the shipping cost will be combined.

returns

yes, we offer a return policy that extends 14 days from the date the customer receives their package. the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. if you want to return your package, send and email to support@ladicah.com for further instructions.
